We collect only the information necessary to provide you with a personalized experience:

  • Profile information: name, age, and gender (optional) to tailor our interactions.
  • Mood data: your daily mood check-ins to help you track your emotional trends.
  • Chat history: your conversations with Relax to maintain context and provide helpful support.

How we use your data

Your data is used only to operate and improve the features you choose to use — personalizing your plan, remembering context in conversations, and showing you your own trends over time.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use the contents of your mood entries or conversations for advertising.

Data security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption, both in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the systems and personnel required to run the service.

You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time, either from within the app or by contacting support. See our account-deletion page for the full process and timelines.

Children

Relax is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
