Delete your account & data.
You can delete your Relax account and all associated data anytime — from inside the app, or by emailing us. Live data is gone within 30 days; backups within 90.
This page describes how users of Relax (space.justrelax.app) can request deletion of their account and associated data.
Delete from inside the app
The quickest way to delete your account is right inside Relax:
- Open Relax and go to Settings.
- Tap Account, then Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and queued for permanent deletion.
Request deletion by email
Don't have the app installed anymore? Email us from the address associated with your account and we'll handle it for you. Use the subject line "Delete my account" so we can route it quickly.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data tied to it, including:
- Your profile information (name, age, gender).
- Your mood check-ins and emotional trends.
- Your conversations with Coach and chat history.
- Your plans, journal entries, and any voice notes.
What we may keep, and for how long
Active data is removed from our live systems within 30 days of your request. Encrypted backups are rotated out within 90 days.
We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it — for example, transaction and tax records for completed purchases. These are kept only as long as legally required and are not used for any other purpose.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through Google Play or the App Store. Please cancel your subscription in the store first so you aren't charged again.
To request deletion by email, write to privacy@relax.app. We confirm every request and answer within a few business days.
